We’re proud to introduce Crisanto, who has been part of Noxam for five years. He started his career as a part-time employee, quickly moved into a responsible role, and has since worked on many different sites.

Crisanto is a key member of Noxam’s floor restoration team, focusing on PU coatings. He received specialized training in Germany, taught by the respected Dr. Schutz. This expertise shows in his commitment to quality and understanding of customer needs.

Crisanto is motivated above all by his family’s well-being and customer satisfaction. “The best part of my job is receiving thanks for a job well done and seeing happy customers,” he says.

Jonna has been part of the Noxam team since 2010. She started as a supervisor when a friend was looking for the right person for their company — her years of experience in customer service and property maintenance made the decision a natural one. “I wanted to use my skills in a new role where I could combine practical experience with leadership and help develop operations.”

Today, Jonna works as a key account manager and is responsible for developing customer relationships, sales, and building new partnerships. “My work combines interaction, strategic thinking, and ensuring service quality — all things that matter to me.”

She’s especially motivated by the fact that her work feels meaningful and the results are visible in everyday life. “It’s rewarding to see how my contribution shows in customer satisfaction and smooth collaboration.”

For Jonna, the most memorable experience isn’t a single event, but the opportunity to witness Noxam’s growth up close. “It’s been great to see how employees enjoy their work and stay with us long-term — and how we’ve built lasting customer relationships.”
